Privacy Policy

Our commitment to protecting your personal data and information while using our AI-powered face care expert app.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Visoepó ("Visoepo", "Visoepó", the "App", the "Service"), developed and maintained by We Dump Cool ("We", "Us", or "Our"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how We Dump Cool collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you access, download, install, or use the App and its related services.

By accessing or using Visoepó, you signify your understanding and acceptance of the terms outlined in this Policy and our separate Terms of Use. If you do not agree with this Policy or the Terms of Use, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Service.

For any privacy-related inquiries, questions, or concerns, please contact us at: app.support@wedumpcool.com.

2. Information We Collect

To provide and enhance the Service, we collect various types of information, which may include:

a) Information You Voluntarily Provide:

  • Account Information: When you register an account, primarily through Google Sign-In or through direct sign-up in an app, we collect identifiers such as your name and email address as provided by the authentication service. We also assign you a unique user ID associated with your account.
  • Facial Data (User Content): To utilize the core facial analysis features, you provide images of your face by uploading photos or granting camera access. This data is essential for the App to perform the requested analysis and generate personalized recommendations.
  • Support Communications: Information you provide when you contact us for customer support, submit feedback, or respond to surveys, including your contact details and the content of your messages.

b) Information Collected Automatically During Use:

  • Usage and Activity Data: Information about your interaction with the App, including features accessed, pages viewed, session duration, taps, general usage patterns, crash logs, and performance diagnostics.
  • Device Information: We may collect device-specific information, such as Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens necessary for delivering push notifications related to the Service.
  • Transaction Information: Records related to your subscriptions and in-app purchases (e.g., subscription type, purchase date, addon credits bought) processed through Google Play Billing. We do not directly collect or store sensitive payment card details.

c) Information Obtained from Third Parties:

  • Authentication Providers: We receive basic profile information (e.g., name, email) from Google Sign-In when you use it to create or access your account, consistent with your settings on that service.
  • Analytics and Crash Reporting: We utilize services like Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics, which collect aggregated usage data, device information, and crash reports to help us understand app usage and improve stability.
  • Advertising Services: We integrate with Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers (like the Advertising ID), IP address, and related usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements, as governed by Google's policies
  • Consent for Personalized Ads: To comply with privacy regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), users located in applicable regions will be shown a consent form powered by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP SDK). This form allows users to grant or deny consent for the use of their personal data for personalized advertising. If users do not consent, they will be shown non-personalized ads instead.
  • AI Processing Services: To generate user-specific insights and recommendations, facial images submitted by you are processed using advanced machine learning techniques. This may involve utilizing services built upon or incorporating large-scale foundational models provided by third parties (such as, but not limited to, Google's AI technologies, as applicable and integrated). Data processed by these services is handled according to their respective privacy and security protocols.

We do not permanently store these raw facial images on our own long-term servers after the analysis necessary for providing the recommendation is complete. Images might be temporarily cached on your device for display purposes within the App session, or briefly held by the AI processing service during analysis as dictated by their operational requirements, after which they are expected to be deleted according to their and our data handling protocols designed to protect user privacy.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of these third-party services.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include, among others:

  • Encryption of data transmitted over networks (e.g., TLS/SSL/).
  • Encryption of certain sensitive data at rest (AES-256).
  • Utilizing secure cloud infrastructure (e.g., Google Firebase).
  • Implementing access controls to limit data access to authorized personnel.
  • Regular security assessments and monitoring.

However, please be aware that no security system is impenetrable. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We generally retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide you with the Service, fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with our legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and applicable legal requirements.

Account Deletion Request and Process: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data. You can initiate this process directly within the Visoepó app by navigating to Profile > Support > Request Account Deletion.

Verification: As part of this process, you will be required to verify your identity by entering the email address and password associated with your account. This step ensures that only the account owner can authorize deletion. Detailed instructions are available on our dedicated Account Deletion page: https://visoepo.wedumpcool.com/Account-Deletion

Confirmation: After successful verification (correct email and password entry), you must explicitly confirm your decision to proceed with account deletion.

Consequences of Deletion Confirmation: Upon your confirmed deletion request after successful verification:

  • Immediate Actions:
    • Your account access will be immediately revoked.
    • Your core identifying information (such as your name and email address associated with the account) will be processed for deletion from our active systems promptly.
  • Scheduled Deletion (Post-Retention Period):
    • All other personal data associated with your account, including facial scans, analysis history, and other user content, will be scheduled for permanent deletion.
    • This permanent deletion typically occurs after a standard retention period (generally up to 30 days) following your confirmed deletion request.

Purpose of Retention Period: This brief retention period is maintained solely for limited, essential purposes such as preventing fraud and abuse, ensuring platform security and integrity, and allowing for compliance with potential legal or regulatory obligations that may arise shortly after a deletion request.

Permanent Deletion and Exceptions:

  • Following the standard retention period up to 30 days, the scheduled all data will be permanently deleted from our systems. This permanent deletion action is irreversible.
  • Legal Obligation Exception: Notwithstanding the above, we may be required to retain certain data, including potentially for longer periods, if mandated by applicable law, court order, governmental request, or ongoing legal investigation.

To exercise any applicable rights, please submit a verifiable request through the App's support system or by emailing us at app.support@wedumpcool.com (unless requesting deletion, which should be initiated via the in-app process described in Section 7). We will respond to your request within the timeframes required by applicable law. We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights).

Users located in regions covered by the GDPR (European Economic Area) or CCPA (California) have the right to manage their consent preferences for personalized advertising. Visoepó provides a consent form upon first launch in these regions, and users can update their choices at any time through in-app privacy settings (if supported). Non-personalized ads will be shown to users who decline or withdraw consent.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, where our servers or third-party service providers may be located. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your residence, acknowledging that we implement safeguards described in this Policy to protect your data during such transfers.

11. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top and may provide additional notice, such as through an in-app notification or by sending an email associated with your account.
