Account Deletion - Visoepó

At Visoepó, we respect your privacy and your right to delete your personal data at any time. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, follow the steps below within the app.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Visoepó App
2. Tap the Profile Icon (top right corner)
3. Select Support from the menu
4. Tap Request Account Deletion

A confirmation popup will appear:

"Deleting your account will permanently erase your data. This action cannot be undone."

Tap Confirm & Continue

You will be asked to verify your identity:

• Enter your Email
• Enter your Password
• Tap Show to review the entered password if needed
• Tap Confirm & Delete

You will see the final confirmation message:

"Account deleted."

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you delete your account:

• Your personal information, including profile data and facial analysis history, will be processed according to our standard data management & Deletion protocols. Check Privacy Policy.
• This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
